Ascension Medical Educators (AME), LLC is a professional services firm committed to enriching the quality of clinical knowledge and skills competencies across the spectrum of the healthcare industry. Through strategic design, implementation and evaluation of educational initiatives, AME delivers innovative, outcomes-based interventions customized to the client’s real-world context. AME’s expertise and collaborative partnerships extends to its clients at four operational levels to include pre-medical students, medical students, the practicing physician and academic medical centers.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make purchases from https://www.ascenmed.com/ (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or services that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not share your Personal Information with third parties. Your information is only shared to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records for a period of 5 years, or less than 5 years if you ask us to delete this information. Cookies will automatically expire in 90 days.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we do not knowingly collect or use Personal Information from, children under 13 years of age. If you believe your child or someone else has provided us with Personal Information about your child and you would like to have the information removed, please contact us at info@ascenmed.com. Upon receiving the request, we shall delete such information within twenty (20) business days. CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
